FAQ
What people ask us
Do I need to leave my PC on?
Yes. The app sits in the taskbar, starts with Windows and uses very little.
Is there a catch with the free trial?
None. 3 days, everything unlocked, no credit card, and nothing renews on its own.
What do you know about my accounts?
Nothing about your gaming accounts: their logins stay on your PC. Our server only knows your SuperStreamDropper account and your license.
What are Steam cards for?
You can sell them for Steam credit, trade them, or craft badges to raise your Steam level.
Are my accounts at risk?
Automation may go against the rules of Twitch, Kick or Steam, who remain free to enforce them. The app acts in moderation, but how you use your accounts is your responsibility.
I used TwitchDropsMiner. Do I have to start over?
No: your accounts and settings are imported on first launch.
Is the software available in my language?
The website, yes. The app is in French for now; more languages are coming in upcoming updates.
